Affiliate terms

These terms apply to everyone accepted into the EUNA affiliate program. The paying entity is COHEN MEDIA PTY LIMITED, ABN 84 629 252 704, trading as EUNA.
1. Your codes and link
On acceptance you receive three things.
- A public code, which gives your audience 10 percent off. This is the code that earns you commission.
- A referral link in the form `https://eunaskin.com/?ref=yourhandle`.
- Access to Euna Family, where you buy at 20 percent off your own orders using the shared code shown on that page.
Your public code and referral link are for your audience. The Euna Family code is for you.
2. Commission
Commission is 10 percent of the ex-GST product subtotal of a qualifying order.
It excludes GST, shipping charges, and the value of any line that is refunded, returned or cancelled.
Because EUNA prices are shown inclusive of GST, the ex-GST subtotal is the product subtotal divided by 1.1.
3. How a sale is attributed to you
An order is attributed to you when your public code is used at checkout, or when the customer arrived through your referral link within the previous 30 days.
Attribution is first touch. If a customer arrives through your link and later arrives through another affiliate's link inside the same 30 day window, the first link wins.
If a code and a referral link disagree on the same order, the code decides.
4. Orders that earn no commission
- Orders placed with the Euna Family code. These are your purchases, not referred sales.
- Orders that are cancelled, unpaid, or fully refunded.
- Orders placed before your acceptance date.
5. Payment
Commission is paid monthly in arrears.
An order becomes payable only once it is older than the 30 day return window. This protects both of us from paying and then reclaiming commission on goods that come back.
The minimum payout is $50. Balances below that roll forward to the following month and are paid when the balance clears the minimum.
If an order is refunded after commission has been paid on it, that commission is deducted from your next statement.
6. Tax
You are responsible for your own tax affairs. You are an independent participant, not an employee or contractor of EUNA or Cohen Media Pty Limited.
Where you invoice us without quoting an ABN, Australian tax law may require us to withhold tax from your payment unless you provide a completed Statement by a supplier declaring that the activity is a hobby. We will tell you which applies to you before your first payment.
If you are registered for GST, add GST to your invoice and tell us your ABN and registration status. If you are not registered, do not add GST.
7. How you may promote EUNA
You may promote EUNA on your own channels: social posts, video, newsletters, blogs, and podcasts.
You may not:
- bid on EUNA brand terms, or variations of them, in paid search;
- list your code on coupon, voucher, deal or cashback sites;
- post your code to bargain forums or aggregators;
- run paid advertising that impersonates EUNA or uses EUNA as the advertiser name;
- buy EUNA products to resell them.
8. Disclosure
You are advertising, and you must say so.
Every post, video, story or email that carries your code or link must carry a clear and prominent disclosure that it is a paid or commercial partnership. Placement matters: a disclosure buried below a fold or at the end of a caption is not clear and prominent. Follow the ACCC guidance and the platform's own disclosure tools where they exist.
9. How you may describe the products
EUNA is skincare, not medicine. Keep your language cosmetic.
You may talk about hydration, barrier comfort, glow, texture, softness, and how a product fits a routine.
You may not claim or imply that any EUNA product treats, cures, prevents or manages any disease or medical condition. No claims about acne as a medical condition, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, dermatitis, or any therapeutic outcome. No before and after imagery presented as a clinical result. No invented statistics, no invented expert endorsement, and no timeframe promises.
Do not describe EUNA products as dupes of other brands.
10. Your content
You keep ownership of what you make. You grant EUNA a non-exclusive, royalty free licence to reshare your EUNA content on EUNA's own channels with credit to you. If you would rather we asked first each time, tell us and we will.
11. Changing or ending the program
We may update these terms. We will give you 14 days notice by email before a change to the commission rate takes effect, and the old rate applies to orders placed before that date.
Either of us may end your participation at any time, by email, for any reason.
Commission already earned on qualifying orders is paid to you in the normal monthly run, including after termination. We may withhold commission where a code has been used in a way these terms prohibit, or where orders appear to be fraudulent or self-dealing.
